Negative Waves is based in Co. Antrim and works in Belfast and throughout Northern Ireland and beyond. We create audio and video content such as documentaries, music videos, short films, radio shows, podcasts and 360 video experiences.

 

The company was formed in March 2022 by director Tristan Crowe. Tristan has had a long career in the creative media sector with over 17 years experience creating documentaries, short films, music videos, podcasts, radio shows, and most recently, virtual reality experiences. 

Liam Logan is a TV and radio producer with a wealth of experience. He is also a presenter and published author in the world of Ulster-Scots.

Mick Crossey is a former 747 airline pilot who is now a A2 CofC and GVC qualified drone operator and cameraman.

Recent work for the company includes the directing of the multi award-winning Ulster-Scots short film This Oul Fermin Life, the successful documentary At The Foot of Knocklayde, and the involvement in award nominated podcasts/radio shows for BBC Sounds and BBC Radio Ulster. 

 

Other projects include the directing of 'The Last Word' which was written by author Jan Carson and commissioned by NI Screen's Digital Archive, and shown at the MAC Belfast.
